By car: take the A4 motorway east towards Bratislava and exit at Parndorf — about 40 minutes from central Vienna. By public transport: take a regional train from Wien Mitte/Landstraße or Wien Hauptbahnhof to Parndorf Ort, then Bus B10 to the outlet (total about 1 hour).
